What this site collects

This site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you email us

If you email admin@med-rise.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply and to provide the services you ask about. We do not sell personal information. Please do not send patient information or other health records.
